Six time New Zealand Solo speedway champion, Jason Bunyan came out on top of the second round of the International Series at Holland Collision Centre Ruapuna Speedway on Saturday night . The English rider backed up after finishing in second place behind Denmark’s Jesper Kristiansen in the opening round a day earlier. Bunyan was pleased with his results over the two days. “I am pleased with my form after having not raced for several months. Jesper was flying on Friday so I have no problem with finishing second behind him”, the 32 year old said after winning the Digwork International A Final. Bunyan's only loss on the night was after he fell in his final heat race when trying to chase down local rider, Andrew Aldridge, which caused Bradley Wilson-Dean to drop his bike to avoid hitting Bunyan.
